Pet's Story or Bio
Amidala is a fabulous dog. We will never know what she went through in her past life but in her life and you'd NEVER be able to tell. When we first adopted her she had just had a litter of puppies who were nowhere to be seen and she was found on the street, but every day is a new day for her and she wakes up happy and crazy... so crazy that people who don't know her are scared of her, she does backflips randomly when she's REALLY excited! But she would never hurt a fly. She LOVES people, especially children (our 2 year old included) and even knows to be calm and gentle around them. She is even gentle with cats. Our dog has brought so much joy into our life just since June that we often wonder how we ever lived without her. She is a part of our family so much that she gets absolutely wild if we say the word "grandma" so she knows that's her family too! Amidala is resilient dog and truly shows an adoption story SUCCESS. Her favorite things to do are cuddle her family and burrow into blankets, go to Frisko Freeze where her dad works and get a patty special for her, go on walks, roll in the grass, and completely destroy these very specific plastic pig toys.
We are SO glad that we will get to spend this next decade or more with Amidala because she is truly extraordinary. She's even allowed to free roam the house and do whatever she wants because she's just an angel who's never destroyed anything. When we went in adopting a dog we knew that she may have accidents or chew our things especially with the trauma she's gone through but it's like the second we took her home she knew it was HOME.
