Franklin is a pandemic puppy named after FDR. He’s the happiest boy you’ll ever meet. Franklin's never met a stranger and loves giving kisses to new friends. His dads are are proud of the dog he’s become, from a wild puppy to a couch hippo in 2.5 short years.
