Phoebe was rescued from the streets of Fresno, CA, and ended up in Portland, Oregan Humane Society. She is very smart and knows every human word that leads to her getting food. She lives in Tacoma with two tiny humans, two big humans, and a very old cat who is in charge. Did we mention she really really enjoys treats of all kinds. She is 100% pure blend.
