Phizz was turned into the shelter on his 11th birthday in North Carolina. He was missing most of his hair due to illness, extremely underweight at 5.5#, full of bladder stones, and just down-right unhappy. We adopted him on Jan 21, 2019. He is now thriving in Indy with his dog siblings, happy, healthy, and hairy! His favorite things to do are cuddle with mom, car rides, barking at dad, and sleep/nap (hey- he’s 11 years old!). He doesn’t even mind a sweater and hat for special occasions. Please vote for this handsome man as he lives his best life ever.
