About me
I fostered Lucy through TTR when she was brought in, after being surrendered by her family at 12 years old. She was overweight and unhappy, and with the help of TTR, we were able to help Lucy lose 20 pounds and gain lots of muscle in her legs - she is now incredibly active! We ended up bonding with Lucy so closely that we officially adopted her a year after we started fostering her. She does not trust people easily, and since we had earned her trust, we didn't want her to spend any more of her precious life feeling worried or on edge. She is enjoying her golden years!
