Tails and Trails Rescue is a 501(c) (3) non-profit volunteer run organization. We have been helping dogs for over 20 years. Our mission is to “save those that others cast away,” by pulling dogs that are at risk for euthanasia at the often overcrowded public shelters and placing in foster homes until they find their forever home. We are based in Greenwood Indiana and rescue dogs throughout the Midwest.
All our adopted animals are:
- Spayed/neutered to avoid adding to the overgrowing pet population
- Micro chipped to ensure if lost they can find their way home
- Completely vaccinated
