Your Pet's Story or Bio
Francis Cowboy was adopted from Capital Humane Society in August of 2021. He is talkative, loves the water, and chitters at every bird he sees. He particularly enjoys his window perch, the top of his tower, playing chase with his sister, and MasterChef. He has a puppy sister, Josephine, who is lovingly cheering him on since her adoption in September 2022.
