Rocco was brought to the Humane Society after he had a botched leg surgery. It’s unclear why he had surgery on his leg to begin with! I fostered him as he healed from his first surgery and prior to the second surgery to fix his back leg. After surgery I adopted him! I definitely understand foster fail now!
