About Your Pet
Leo is a purebred Great Dane rescued from a puppy mill in Oklahoma in the summer of 2017. He's a failed "fawnequin" -- Harlequin spots with the fawn color. He lives with his littermate brother Bugsy, a slightly older female Dane named Lexi, a dapple Doxie named Spooty and Little Bit the Chiweenie. Yes, three Great Danes do eat a lot -- forty pounds of kibble a week.

Leo loves everyone and wants to meet you all. He has such a calm and gentle temperament that he joined the TMH Animal Therapy program earlier this year and he's had a awesome time meeting people at TMH, the Leon County Courthouse, the Consolidated Dispatch Agency, Big Bend Hospice, Allegro assisted living, and lots of groups at FSU. He was such an inspiration to Bugsy that he joined the Reading Education Assistance Dogs program and will be having kids at DeSoto Trail read books to him starting in mid-November.
