Buttercup

This is Buttercup, she was our family dog for 14 years. We got her from a breeder in Schuyler. It was very hard to say goodbye to her two years ago. This is my favorite photo of her. I weaved the seatbelt through her harness when going for car rides so she would be secure. My favorite memory of her is whenever she escaped the yard we would get a call from our neighbor (and my best friend) saying that she was hanging out on their porch. I would like to win the oil painting to remember her by. I now have a Siberian Husky named Sebastian and have fostered Taysia Blue rescues Lexie and Sadie.
