Pet's Story or Bio
Albert (nickname Albie) came to us in March of 2019 from One Tail at a Time in Chicago. My fiancé and I were looking to adopt another dog and I love beagles. We found Albie on Petfinder and he just happened to be a few miles from us. We met Albie for the first time with our Hound mix, Humphrey, and they instantly started playing and running around together. My fiancé and I barely got to meet Albie! We went home that evening and Humphrey pouted the whole way. We were a little nervous about adopting Albie because his foster mom said he had been adopted and returned two times because of separation anxiety, but the other homes did not have another dog there. Looking at Humphrey's sad face we knew we had to adopt Albie. We brought Albie home a few days later and he instantly became a part of our pack. He is the most loving, sweet and curious boy and though naughty and mischievous sometimes, he loves to learn from us and his big brother. We couldn't imagine our little family without Albie!
