Pet's Story or Bio
Charlie Chaplin is a very sweet dog. He came to TBBR in May with terrible skin issues, which we are still working on. He has to wear a cone all the time because he is constanly scratching himself. He seems to be taking it in stride, but I know that he is looking forward to the day when he is free and able to go to his forever home.
