Pet's Story:
Frasier Billy is the most mellow fellow. Everything his foster mom said about him was true. His new veternarian says everyone behind the waiting area love him; his tail is always wagging. He loves to walk and roll in the grass and he loves to eat. I’m his “forever home” mom and I’m thrilled to have him.
