How much does it cost to enter?
The entry fee is a $10 donation per photo.
How many photos may I enter?
You may enter as many (or as few dogs) as you want - there is no limit.
Do I have to create an account to enter the contest?
Yes, that is the only way to enter the contest. Your account allows you to see photos you entered, pet days reserved, calendars purchased, vote balance and history. You can also download your donation receipts from the “My Accounts Page.”
Does it cost any money to vote?
Votes are $1 donation each, with a minimum donation of $5 for five votes.
Do I have to create an account to vote?
No, you don't have to create an account to vote. However, if you would like to cast votes for multiple entries, we recommend creating an account so you can purchase votes in advance to be stored in your voting bank until you are ready to use them. By having an account, you can also download a donation receipt that includes all your donations for the fiscal year.
How can I vote for more than one entry without having to check out each time I vote?
You will have to log in or create an account to purchase your votes in advance to be stored in your bank where you can award those votes to as many (or as few pets) as desired - no minimum of votes per pet, just a $5 minimum purchase. By purchasing votes in advance, you can give one pet 3 votes and another 2 votes or you could give 5 pets 1 vote each!
Can I vote by mail?
Of course - Mail-in votes must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on October 1, 2021 at the address listed below. To make sure a vote is credited to the correct photo, voters must identify the name of the dog, matching it exactly to the name on the website. Make checks payable to Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue.

Who gets on one of the calendar pages?
The thirteen (13) dogs (one cover and 12 months) with the most votes on October 3, 2021 at 10:00:00 pm EDT will win the opportunity to be featured in the 2022 TBBRCalendar.
What are the photo image requirements for the calendar contest?
Photo entries must be high-resolution for printing purposes. If you are taking photos with your phone, please be sure to capture your image at the highest setting in order to meet resolution criteria. Use a high resolution camera or camera with a minimum of 8 megapixels. iPhone 6 or newer work too!
Can my photo be horizontal (landscape) or vertical (portrait)?
Photo entries can be vertical or horizontal, however vertical is preferred. Pet of the Day photo must be horizontal.
Does my pet have to be a beagle to be in the calendar?
The pet must be a beagle or beagle mix to be entered in the contest. If the dog is not a beagle or beagle mix but was adopted from TBBR, they are eligible to enter the contest. You can purchase individual pet days for other dog breeds and companion pets.
Does my beagle have to be adopted from Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue to enter the calendar contest?
No, they do not need to have been adopted from TBBR to be entered in the contest; however, they must be a beagle or beagle mix. You can purchase pet days for all your other dog breeds and companion pets, as we welcome their participation.
I adopted my dog from TBBR, but they aren't a beagle or beagle mix. May I still enter them in the contest?
Yes. If your dog is not a beagle or beagle mix but was adopted from TBBR, they are eligible to enter calendar contest. Please indicate in your entry that they are a TBBR alumnus.
