Milli was found with a chain embedded in her neck and was taken to Animal Emergency Clinic for surgery and was then taken in to Memphis Animal Services where they named her Flo Milli. When she ended up on the euthanasia list Flo Milli was rescued by Team Memphis and her name was changed to Milli. Milli spends some of her free time at Cooper House Project, chilling on the patio while her human friends play corn hole and enjoy CHP craft beer.
