Your Pet's Rescue Story
NTGPR was an immensely helpful resource in the addition of Wilson to our happy household. Our past Pyr rescue enjoyed a happy, long life and we doubted we'd love so hard again.

So many volunteers assisted us in sourcing, home checking and delivering Wilson. Thank you to Becky and Al Petrusky, expecially!

Named Wilson for Tom Hank's volleyball companion in the movie "Castaway" (and because his head reminds us of a Volleyball), Wilson is canine king of the family and neighborhood.

Nothing out of the ordinary goes unnoticed by Wilson on our 3 acres: a downed branch, a coyote howl or an unrecognized vehicle approaching.

In this photo he demonstrates his protective, tender care of our extended family and specifically of our newest grandson, Jude.
