Your Pet's Rescue Story
It was LOVE at first sight! In 2012, I was going through a difficult time fighting the parole of my brother's killer, and I went to the Houston Reliant Dog Show to occupy my mind. I had NO intention of adopting a dog. None! Then I came across Sasha with TGPR. I looked in her eyes and felt a deep connection with her that I couldn't shake. She calmed my heart and soul that day which I needed immensely. I thought the feeling would pass when I continued through the show booths, but it didn't. I went back to see her three times that day. I knew she was meant to be part of my family, even though I had never owned a big dog before. She has the sweetest soul, and she is so gentle. She has helped me through several difficult life changes. I love her so!
