Your Pet's Rescue Story
We rescued Milo at about a year old after he and his brother were abandoned in the middle of the night in North Texas. After seeing his face, and hearing about him, we drove across Texas to meet him. He was instantly and obviously our chosen soulmate as he snuggled into us immediately. What we did not know until we brought him home was that he was afraid of just about everything except us. Men, hats, gunshots, riding in a car, the vet, toenail trims, etc. etc. etc. So much so that we hired a wonderful trainer to help us socialize him as it appeared he had been pretty isolated from people until he found us and his foster. He is now three, and is our guardian, lovebug, and travelling companion in car trips to Vermont and the hill country. So happy to give him his forever home and love.
