While he has lived with many rescue dogs, Matteo is a rescue in name only. He was adopted after his rescue mom gave birth to six puppies. His dad is part Anatolian Shepherd. Mom appears to be close to all Pyr. Matteo enjoys the company of dogs, humans, cans, rabbits, and turtles. He is affectionate, loyal, playful, and cuddly.
