Your Pet's Rescue Story
Little Bit was adopted as an older puppy. He was the last of his litter to be adopted out, which almost didn't happen. His Mom was a double merle blind Australian Shepherd and his dad was a Great Pyrenees who happened to intermingle. I happened to have my 9 month old Australian Shepherd with me while visiting family and was introduced to Little Bit. He was around 3 months and almost as big as my 9 month old Aussie. They played together very well and I came home with an unexpected second puppy. They grew up together and loved life. Little Bit traveled with me a ton over the years. But his time didn't last as long as we would love to keep them. He was 9 going on 10 when he lost his fight to Cancer.
