Your Pet's Rescue Story
Wesson was taken in by TGPR after expressing zero interest in being a livestock guardian or work dog on her original owner’s farm. Despite her gentle demeanor and sweet personality, Wesson does not appreciate being told what to do. Adopted into our loving home in 2019, she spends her days snuggling, sleeping, and eating lots of treats! The word “work” is not in her vocabulary. Wesson is on her own agenda 24/7 which mostly involves being as close as possible to mom and dad on the couch, giving the “pyr paw” if more than 5 seconds passes between a pat on the head, and napping in the bathtub. We love our gentle giant no matter how stubborn she is - It’s Wesson’s world and we are just living in it!
