Your Pet's Rescue Story
We were finally ready for another dog after our lab passed, and wanted a rescue. We looked at various rescue groups and the Great Pyrenees breed seemed to suit our style. It took some time, but we finally found Clyde (aka Zion) when he was 6 months old. He was timid at first and tried our patience the first few months, but has responded and learned well. He is true to his breed -- barks at birds and nothing, drools and sheds heavily, leans on and paws us for pets and scratches, and loves to lay outside and watch his domain. He is the sweetest couch potato and he dearly loves his people!
