Your Pet's Rescue Story
I’ve wanted a second dog for years. My youngest daughter graduated college, and after being a Mother for thirty years, I was an empty nester. Since I didn’t work anymore, I found myself with a void that needed to be filled. After researching all different types of dogs, it seemed a Great Pyrenees would be a great match for me. I found out about the rescue, and started looking for a pup. Holly, formerly Shirley, caught my eye, and I knew I had to meet her. When I went to the meet and greet, Holly was covered in mud, as there had been a storm. Holly stood very patiently while getting bathed, then I was finally able to pet her. She looked at me, booped me all over, then sat on my feet. I knew at that point, I’d found my best friend. Holly is the best dog ever!
