Your Pet's Rescue Story
The runt of his litter, Badger was gentle, quiet, and too soft-hearted to fight back when his sire began picking on him. Tearfully rehomed by a nearby homesteader, he arrived just as I’d spent a summer without my aged out TXGPR pair, now coyotes preyed and my livestock vulnerable.

From the start, Badger knew what to do. Raised around chickens, he stepped into his role with quiet strength. The first time a coyote jumped a fence, Badger gave chase, cornered it, and didn’t back down until it scaled over a six-foot fence to escape.

He now protects sheep, chickens, cats, horses—and me. He’s tender with those he loves, but fearless when it counts.

Whether patrolling the fence line or resting by the red wagon after a long night’s watch, Badger brings safety and peace to every corner of my farm. He’s a loyal sweetie, and now I’m never alone.
