A little about me...
Suzy, a black and tan miniature dachshund was our very first dachshund together as a couple, but not our last. Because of her and the others I became interested in helping other dogs in need and volunteered with rescues for a number of years. Suzy and I would like to encourage everyone thinking of adding a four-legged furbaby to their family to please consider adopting or fostering, if you can. And especially consider taking a look at the older ones, the not so pretty ones, the ones with a health issue, and the ones that keep getting passed by. All of us together can make a difference in the animal world. Can't adopt? Consider supporting a shelter or rescue. It saves lives!
