A little about me...
My name is Sherman and I am an 8 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. I love and live with my family on a farm. I weigh a little under 100 pounds and like my human Dad I am a cancer survivor.

In September of 2019 I was given 3-6 months to live. During the course of my treatment the doctors had to amputate one of my back legs. I have had some bad days and it has not always been easy learning learning to walk with three legs . I am sharing this to show that even when every thing seems bad, that when you give love and receive love, anything is possible.
For me, possible now means I am still running in the fields, rolling in the snow, and giving puppy kisses to my Mom.
PS. I hate loud noises and fireworks and I chew doorknobs when I am anxious and yes I chew the metal ones. Life is amazing!!
