Contest Overview:

Dates to enter the contest: Tuesday December 1, 2020 @ 8 am until Saturday December 19 @ 8 pm
Dates to vote on the contest: Tuesday December 1, 2020 @ 8 am to Sunday December 27 @ 6 pm
Contest closed automatically: Sunday December 27 @ 6 pm

Entry Costs:

Contest has a $5 photo entry fee that does not count toward votes.
If you choose to donate $20 or more during the entry process, you will receive a bonus offer of 10 votes (only available while submitting your entry).

Example 1: If you donate $5 for the entry fee, your pet’s photo will be featured in the contest. However, you will not receive any votes.
Example 2: If you donate $20 or more, your entry will receive 10 bonus votes ($20 donation - $5 entry fee = $15/15 votes + 10 bonus votes = 25 votes)

Entry Rules:

Entries must be submitted electronically to the website. You can enter as many photos as you wish with each entry having a $5 donation fee.
Any animal is allowed, however only animals are allowed in the photos (no people)
Multiple animals may be in a photo.
The Arc Lancaster Lebanon has the right to remove any photo that is offensive or shows harm to an animal.
Photos becomes the property of The Arc Lancaster Lebanon to be used in advertisements, calendars, or future events.
Photos should be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes) and acceptable photo formats are .jpg, .bmp, .png, and .tif.

Votes:

All votes are considered donations to The Arc Lancaster Lebanon to support their work to empower people with Intellectual Disabilities and are not refundable.
Minimum donation of $5.00 (5 votes).
You can vote for any animal as many times as you want.
There is no exchange or guarantee of a win for a vote.

Winners

Voting will close automatically at 6 pm on Sunday December 27.
Winners will be determined by the photo with the most votes. In the event of a tie, the name of each person with the highest votes will be placed in a "tie-breaker" box and a single name will be randomly selected.
The winners will be announced via email from The Arc. You can also check the leaderboards to see how well your pet is doing.
Prizes:
1. Grand prize winner: calendar cover plus their pet's picture on the month of their choice and a $50 gift card.
2. Top 10 winners: calendar plus their pet's picture on the choice of month given in order of number of votes (after the Grand prize winner picks their month).
