Piper cannot help it, she knows she is queen of the apartment and her face shows it. She will allow you to pet her on her terms, and she will let you know if she does not want pets VERY clearly. However, she is the most loyal cat and when you are having the worst day she will come over and give purrs and snuggles you have ever had.
