Mortimer was found as a tiny kitten screaming, all alone, under the home of his future human mother. He had to be lured out of the darkness with a YouTube video of a mama cat calling her kittens (and maybe a churu or two).

Today he is a regal little prince with a cat tree in every room by which he observes his kingdom. He loves to play, and has a slight obsession with drowning his current favorite toy in his water bowl.
