I adopted Dottie in June of 2008 when she was 4 months old at a shelter in Altus, Oklahoma where I was donating my time walking the dogs during my lunch break. When I met Dottie, I knew she was the one for me!
She was my right hand woman up until her last day on this earth when she passed away last August.
If you have ever had “the one” in a dog you know that they are hard to replace. I am still on the search for my next rescue, but until I find her, I continue to tell everyone about Miss Dottie 🐾
