Moonlight is mysterious and has many secrets. At times strong and confident and other times she is shy, timid, and reserved.

We think she is acting "undercover" for the NSA or Secret Service and really knows way way more than she lets on to know about the human world around her. So we give her te distance she needs when she is in her introverted mode, and then we love on her showering her with affection when she is open to that attention and cuddling.

Moonlight was generously gifted to us from Lorie Prestes at the animal shelter after our icon Maincoon cat "Switch" was hit by a car on Parkview Drive bravely chasing and saving a squirrel out of harms way in to Kelly Park.

We will never forget Switch for sure (he was truly one of a kind), but Moonlight was such a gift, such a blessing, and helped fill the hole left by Switch. Today, Mooney is an unforgettable family member who brings a lot of joy to our home.
