Animal BreedTerrier mix
Adopted or Rescued?Yes
Pet personality / Story of adoption / Why is your pet special? Our terrier mix we named Lucky is the definition of FUN and was adopted from a shelter as a young pup. She loves to announce strangers at the door and once a guest comes in, she lives up to her name “Lucky Goodsniffer,” and is very friendly and outgoing.
She is bright, quick to learn, and as a result we have taught her a lot. Lucky enjoyed picking up tricks readily. She knows how to beg, dance, spin, roll over, stay, play dead, etc... and of course she expects a treat after she performs, We call her our American Idol diva. She can be very opinionated at times, so she dislikes the leash and darts this way and that, sometimes refusing to walk at all.
