Our adorable Pee Wee is a Chi mix we adopted from a shelter after she had a long stay there. She is fearless and self-assured and walks as if she is the biggest baddest dog (or cat) in the room, haha. Pee Wee embodies typical Chi traits like being vocal and alert but she also shares many terrier-like qualities too. Pee Wee loves to dress up, play with our kids toys and can also be graceful, charming and sassy.

Animal rescue and welfare are causes Maren cares deeply about and she has been involved in supporting shelters for 15+ years. She is an artist member of HeARTs Speak, and dedicated to providing photography services aimed at ensuring no shelter pet goes unseen. Maren is a regular adoption photographer at Foothills Animal Rescue in Scottsdale, AZ and supports other rescue causes with her heart and creative talents like our very own McCook Cat Pack youth project.
