After losing her malti-poo of 13 years, my grandma said she would never get another dog. The heartbreak was just too much but when she saw the spot on the pet of the week, she decided to visit the Humane Society in McCook to take a look at him. She fell in love with this dog that reminded her so much of her Lucky dog and adopted him. Now, Lucky #2 has two loving caretakers and my grandparents have a companion! I'd say all are lucky in this story!
