Why is Your Pet "Rescued (or Stray) and Notorious"?
Mira, short for Miracle, was bitten by her mom shortly after being born. She has large scars on her one side with her one ear clipped and eye pulled back from surgery.

We were on Petfinder one day searching for a new companion when we laid eyes upon Mira. We couldn’t say no. So, we reached out to her foster family and filled out an application for her.

Despite her rough beginning, she is feisty as can be. She’s a little spitfire of love and energy! She loves playing with other dogs no matter what size they are and she loves giving kisses to everyone she meets.

In fact, she loves everyone she meets. She particularly cannot get enough of kids. Her favorite person in the world would be anyone who gives her any kind of treat or physical affection. She loves to cuddle in bed between me and my husband.

But don’t turn your back on her! She is notorious for taking anything she can find -shoes, clothes, blankets- and running to her favorite spot under the bed to add to her collection of treasures! Tree limbs of ANY size are no problem for her…just stay out of her way as she tries to drag them all back home with her!

Mira is a lot of love in a tiny meatball shaped body. She is our perfect miracle pooch who is spoiled rotten!
