Why is Your Pet "Rescued (or Stray) and Unforgettable"?
Cindy says Freddie had a rough start in life. He had been in several homes for the first 3-4 years of his life before he became a part of their family. "A total stranger brought him to my mom and begged her to take him in", she explained. "Mom being mom, she took him in. He then became our parents’ cat. He has been part of the family for roughly 7 years."

Freddie was such a sweet boy, and seemed to have the personality of a dog . He was always happy to see people, and would greet visitors and family alike. He would welcome you to the house by rubbing up affectionately to show you how happy he was to see you. Freddie would play with his dog siblings and “protect” his cat sister, Missy, who is a shy girl. When dog treats were being handed out Freddie was right there wanting something too!

He also became a favorite of Cindy's dad. At night, when it was time for bed, her dad would go upstairs and Freddie would follow right behind. He would climb upon dad's chest, give him rubs on his chin and spend the night watching over him. They loved being in each others company.

Sadly, Freddie became sick in September and passed away quite suddenly. "Our family misses him so very much, especially my dad. He really misses his favorite guy. But, he will always be in the hearts of everyone in the family. He only knew happiness when he was with us and he brought so much joy. "

"We love you and will never forget you Freddie."
