Contest Rules

Contest entries must be for companion animals adopted from a rescue organization or shelter, or found as a stray.
If adopted from a rescue or shelter, the rescue or shelter and its location (Bucks County, Mercer County, or Other) must be included with pet's entry registration.
There are 12 full pages to win (each month of the calendar year). One or two of the 12 winners will also be selected, at the discretion of The Crossings Animal Society, to be on the cover of the calendar.
All acceptable contest entries will be included in the calendar!
Each $1 donation in support of a pet/contestant is valued as one vote.
Calendar days can be reserved for any pet.
All votes are donations to The Crossings Animal Society and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. Please send a request for a donation receipt if you would like one for your records (info@CrossingsAnimalSociety.org or (215) 321-4673).

Entering a Photo

Photos of any companion animal adopted from a rescue or shelter, or found as a stray, are accepted. Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from The Crossings Animal Society to be eligible to enter this contest.
In keeping with our theme, "I'm Rescued and Hilarious", the photo should be humorous and (hopefully) make us laugh.
At the same time, the photo must reflect dignified and respectful treatment of your pet.
Your photo may contain more than one rescue pet.
Photos must be high resolution (3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes).
People are not allowed in your photo, only pets.
All photos of cats must depict them in an indoor setting.
We cannot accept Polaroids, heavily edited photos, photos with stickers or doodles or any copyrighted or professional photos.
To submit photos, click on the Participants tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet. Entries must be received by Friday, October 29, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m.
Once entered, all photos become the property of The Crossings Animal Society and may be used for print and marketing purposes.
