Entering the Contest- Submit your pet's photo for $5 until Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 at 9pm EST, and everyone may vote until Friday, September 3, 2021 at 9 PM EST.
- To enter the contest, you must register using your personal email address and a password of your choice.
Voting for Your Favorite Bun- To vote, each $1 donation counts as a vote for that photo and donations are non-refundable.
- MC/VISA/Discover are accepted via a secure server.
- If you have to pay by check, please earmark the check for the 2021 Calendar Contest, send to T.H.E. Rabbit Resource PO Box 141, Washington Mills, NY 13479 and let the treasurer know that a check will be coming. Checks must be received on, or prior to, Monday, August 23, 2021.
Photo Rules/Guidelines - Photos of house rabbits are accepted
- Our contest is open to all house rabbits in all states and no matter how they came into your life. If your rabbit is adopted from us, please include that in his/her bio. We love to hear how they are doing in their forever homes!
- Photos may contain more than one bun
- Photos should be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) so that the winning photo can be used in a design for a T-shirt we will sell – this design will not be the actual photo but an artistic rendering of your pet on the shirt design
- Photos must only contain domestic house buns (no people or other animals)
- Photos must be full-color, no heavily filtered, edited or altered photos
- Photos cannot put the rabbit at risk of injury, and we ask that no clothing or props be used – these photos will be removed from the contest
- Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from the contest
- Entries must be submitted by the owner of the pet, or with permission of the owner. If the photo was taken by someone other than the owner, permission must be granted from the person who owns the photo. It is the responsibility of the person submitting the photo to make sure that permissions are in place.
Contest Ends- You may enter a photo at any time until Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 9 PM.
- You may vote up until the end of the contest
- The contest will end at 9 PM EST Friday, September 3, 2021
Helpful hints:- Even though you can enter as many photos as you wish, you can increase your odds of winning by entering only your favorites so that your friends and family don't have to choose which of your photos to vote for.
- Remember to frequently check your standing toward the end of the contest in case you want to vote again. VOTING IS VERY BRISK AN HOUR BEFORE THE CONTEST ENDS!!!
- Lastly, remember that every vote helps the bunnies in our care, AND is tax deductible. Vote EARLY and OFTEN – we need your support!
