Icicle is a Rescue Express Alum. She came to our family just over 5 years ago shortly after her lady passed away. Angels Ann C. and Carol M. Along with foster, Cathi facilitated the adoption. Best pup I ever had the privilege of caring for. Icicle is much loved and is bicoastal as she travels regularly between California and PA/NJ. Big Thanks to Rescue Express Angels who do all they do for our furry friends.
