Rules

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter and be considered an eligible winner. The Scholars LOFT reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgement, winner eligibility.
2. Photos must include the entrant's full face and may not be submitted on behalf of another without their written permission/consent.
3. Entrants do NOT have to live in NC to enter the contest, but must be a resident of the United States to win.
4. Photos should only contain a single individual. No group photos or photos with animals will be accepted.
5. Photos must be full color. No heavily filtered, edited or altered photos.
6. Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible to be included in the calendar.
7. Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the contest.
8. Only photos that can be verified by video chat will be eligible to receive a prize. Any winner who does not verify their photo after the conclusion of the contest will forfeit their prize and the photo with the next highest votes will be invited to claim their prize.
9. All photos submitted become the property of The Scholars LOFT

1. Online votes for photo entries must be submitted before  midnight (11:59:59 PM Eastern Time) on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

***The ending time for the online voting portion will be solely determined by the host website's server. Keep in mind your clock may differ from the clock that determines the ending time.
