If the photo submitted does not meet calendar requirements, a new color portrait will be taken of the pet by a professional photographer chosen by The Scholars LOFT. The photograph will be taken at a mutually agreed upon location. The photo will become a month spread in the 2023 Calendar and the Scholars LOFT will determine the month that will feature the pet. An alternative prize will be offered to those who are not able to meet the guidelines or who cannot be reached for a photograph. The Scholars LOFT reserves the right to adjust or substitute prizes at an equal or greater value based on prize availability.
