What makes me special
I am the soppiest most loving Labrador I know and don’t have a mean bone in my body. I’m quite big for my age but that doesn’t stop me from plonking down into my mum and dads laps after a hard day playing outside, I just love to be close to them but they do huff and puff a bit when they can’t see the TV as I’m in the way!

I love going out for long walks with all my furry chums but I’m a bit scared of deep water which I know is a bit odd for a dog like me, apparently it’s a work in progress! I do however have a favourite muddy puddle that I love flopping into after a rainy walk although for some reason my mum and dad don’t seem to have the same warm feeling towards the puddle that I do!

I absolutely love going round to see my nanny and grandad as I always get lots of cuddles and rich tea biscuits! They can’t get around much these days and are a bit frail so I am always really careful when I’m around them both and make sure they don’t trip over me. After my biccies I just let them stroke me as that seems to make them happy and then flop down and fall asleep on their feet to keep them nice and warm. They do call me a lump. I’m not sure what they mean but I’m sure it must be a term of affection!

I know I’m a very lucky pup and am much loved by my family. I think I would make them very proud if I was in this doggy calendar!
