My super special boy Ziggy was picked up by Monterey County Animal Control as a stray before being rescued by TPPR. He was born with one eye, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. Ziggy thinks that everyone is his best friend and loves hard. He’s the most empathetic dog I’ve ever met and hope to make him a therapy dog one day, once he loses the puppy energy.
