Your Pet's Story or BioRiley was 3 years old when she was found tied to a phone pole with wire in the city of Buffalo. She was dehydrated and emaciated, weighing only 44 pounds. She was taken to the SPCA Serving Erie County for treatment. We adopted her and she slowly regained weight. She is now 80 pounds and living the life of Riley!
