This black and tan German shepherd named Rigsby is excitedly sitting, mouth wide open and tongue out, in front of the famous Cloud Gate sculpture (nicknamed “The Bean”) located in Millennium Park in Chicago, Illinois. Rigsby’s dark eyes are looking upwards and he is sporting a rainbow tie-dyed bandana around his neck.
