A 22-month-old black Labrador/golden retriever cross is caught in action accelerating on the sand at the beach. With his back legs ready to spring and front left paw lifted, his mouth is open and ears flapping in glee. His gleaming black coat is interrupted only by his vest, still on from the morning walk. Alas, this would be the last beach walk before returning for training. A glimpse of the ocean can be seen in the background sparkling in the morning sun.
