Clarence was picked up by Pell City, AL animal control. He was blind, emaciated, and suffered from periodontal disease, glaucoma, and sarcoptic mange. His severe glaucoma caused his no longer functional eyes to hurt, so they were removed. Periodontal disease made his mouth and whole face hurt, so 12 rotten teeth were removed. He is now fat, happy, and mange free! After his surgeries, he was able to hold his head high, and his blindness does not hold him back from living an amazingly happy life. Vote for Clarence!
