Rescued September 5, 2012 in the Eastlake neighborhood of Birmingham off Oporto-Madrid Road. I witnessed a man toss this little puppy into a pile of garbage on the side of the road. Madrid came flopping out of the trash and I scooped her up, immediately taking her to the vet to get checked out. Without hesitation, Two By Two stepped in to see her through her vetting. She is the most loving, playful, and sweet companion today.
