Lazarus was surrendered by his owner, euthanized twice by the shelter that he was surrendered to, had advanced heartworms, was possibly hit by a car and some point, and lived! He is now a healthy, happy boy who loves life. His brother Tucker is also a rescue and the two boy are inseparable.
