Cheef came up to a Good Samaritan's home after he had been hit by a car. He was taken to the vet only to be told he would require surgery to save his leg. It has been a long journey for Cheef and all those involved with a few bumps along the way. However after several trips, to the vet the last few from him ripping off his cast, he finally got his way and it remained off. He is still recovering from his injuries and will soon be released from the doctor's care after more than 3 months. Cheef is not only a handsome boy but also a lucky one because he already has a family waiting on him. He will leave his past behind in Alabama and all those who love him, to start his new life of just being the wonderful dog he is, in Ohio.
